AB4C — About
About

Fifteen years in the job, most of it lived from the inside.

AB4C was born on a desk, and out of everything no one had taught me to do there.

The story

I've been there.

My name is Amal Bouydarne. From 2010 to 2024, I worked in industrial customer service, first at Dow then at Lamb Weston, from Europe to the Gulf by way of North Africa.

I did order entry, complaints, letters of credit, trucks stuck at dispatch, SAP, and all the workarounds an agent invents when the right tool doesn't exist.

I held the desk you may be describing today. I know what a phone ringing into the void hides, and what it takes for a customer service to finally be heard by the other departments.

The conviction

I learned this profession by compensating, year after year. I decided the next generation would learn it differently — through training, from the start.

Every workshop in the programme exists because a real situation demanded it. Nothing in it is theoretical for comfort.

What sets us apart

Training built by someone who held the role.

A practitioner, not an armchair consultant

I speak the same language as your teams, on the same systems, from the first hour.

The field before the classroom

We train on your flows, with real situations, until the right reflex becomes natural.

The why before the how

Understanding why something works the way it does — that's what separates an operator from a professional.
